Can you give your quick take on the First Meridian Business IPO?

Bengaluru based First Meridian Business Services, a specialized staffing solutions company, has filed DRHP with SEBI for its proposed IPO. As per the DRHP filed with SEBI, the Rs.800 crore IPO will comprise of a fresh issue of Rs50 crore and an OFS of Rs750 crore. Early investors and promoters will be monetizing part of their stake in the OFS. The small fresh portion of the IPO of Rs50 crore will be used to repay debt of subsidiaries. First Meridian has marquee clients like Adani Ports, Dell, Phone Pe, Exide Industries and Eureka Forbes.
