One of India’s reputed pure multi-speciality paediatric healthcare centres, Rainbow Children Hospital, is planning a Rs.2,000 crore IPO. This will include a fresh issue component of Rs.280 crore. Rainbow plans to use the fresh issue proceeds for early redemption of non-convertible debentures and for capex of new hospitals and purchase of medical equipment.
