CMS Info Systems, backed by Baring Private Equity, has filed for Rs.2000 crore IPO, entirely as OFS. CMS was taken private by Blackstone in 2008 and later sold to Baring in 2015. Sion Investments, an affiliate of Baring PE, owns 100% of CMS and will sell in the OFS. CMS is into ATM, cash management, ATM installation and maintenance services.
