Can you tell me about the proposed Manyavar IPO?

Vedant Fashions, owner of ethnic wear brand Manyavar, filed DRHP with SEBI for its proposed IPO. The company will offer 3.64 crore shares via OFS which will include offer by the promoter family plus early investors like Rhine Holdings and Kedaara Capital. Its retail footprint covers 11 lakh SFT across 525 exclusive brand outlets. It also has 12 outlets abroad. There will be no fresh funds coming into the company, being a pure OFS.
