LIC has tied up with digital insurance aggregator Policybazaar.com owned by PB Fintech to widen its digital reach of products. Now LIC products will be available on the Policybazaar digital platform apart from its proprietary channels. The idea is to offer seamless digital distribution of life insurance products. LIC will also leverage Policybazaar to enhance insurance awareness and penetration in India. LIC is the leader with a solid 70% share.
