Tata Group is preparing to take on the likes of Amazon and Flipkart with the launch of its latest app, Tata Neu. Apparently, the Tata group has invested a sum of Rs.5,882 crore in its ecommerce company, Tata Digital, which will be the driving force behind the Tata Neu. Tata Digital is a company that is directly owned by Tata Sons. This will be the central nodal platform through which consumers can access all the different offerings of Tata group.

The Tata Neu launched on 07th April is its much-anticipated super app that allows the users to access a complete range of services from the company-owned brands. These include booking tickets on Air Asia, buying groceries at Big Basket, electronics at Croma, hotel bookings at IHCL, food products at Starbucks, medicines at Tata 1Mg, fashion products at Tata CLiQ, DTH services at Tata Play a host of other financial products and solutions.
