could any body tell me the margin of their mutual funds cost and market value as mine has affected by almost 10000

I don’t think there’s any margin issue in the mutual funds as it works on the NAV (Net Assets Value) system and hence it increases or decreases automatically.
However, you can check this once with your mutual fund service provider and confirm the same, as this information is not particularly available.
