HP Adhesives Ltd is a niche manufacturer of adhesives and sealants and even the IPO size is quite small at Rs.125.95 crore. However, the company still managed to raise Rs.56.68 crore ahead of its IPO on from 3 anchor investors. Under the anchor quota, HP Adhesives placed 20.69 lakh equity shares with 3 anchor investors vis. Coeus Global Opportunities Fund, Sigma Global Fund and AG Dynamic Funds. Anchor deal was at upper price band of Rs.274.
