NMDC plans to achieve 47 MTPA of iron ore output for FY22 and will also undertake capital spending of Rs.3,720 crore. NMDC also plans to start mining coal from the two blocks it was allotted. In the Jun-21 quarter, it achieved a record 8.91 MT of output and 9.45 MT of sales. For the Jun-21 quarter, NMDC had reported top line revenues of Rs.6,512 crore, while net profits stood at a healthy Rs.3,193 crore.
