Has the AMFI announced the AUM details and the equity and debt flows for March 2021?

AMFI is yet to announce the data on net buying and redemptions into various classes of mutual funds. However, AMFI has reported the AMC wise average AUM for the 43 funds registered with SEBI. On a yoy basis, average AUM increased 19% to Rs.32.2 trillion as of end Mar-21 largely on the back of price appreciation in the quarter.

The message seems to be that redemptions have continued from equity funds but debt funds and passive funds saw consistent inflows. On the equity funds, it is the rally in Nifty that contributed to value accretion. SBI MF expanded its lead over HDFC and ICICI Pru to 20% with latest AUM at Rs.5.05 trillion. Axis MF recorded 42% jump in AUM on yoy basis.
