DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd (DCCDL), which is the rental arm of the DLF group, witnessed 10% growth in annual rental income for FY22 at Rs3,350 crore. This was led by recovery of business at shopping malls, although office and commercial space remain the big contributors to the turnstiles. DCCDL is the repository of the rent yielding commercial properties of the DLF group, which they have been monetizing via rental income.

DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd (DCCDL) happens to be a joint venture business unit of DLF and the Government Investment Corporation (GIC) of Singapore. GIC is Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund (SWF). It currently has a commercial portfolio pegged at 37.9 million SFT out of which 34 million SFT is office space and rest is retail space. DLF owns 67% in the DCCDL JV while GIC of Singapore owns 33%. It has net debt of Rs19,063 crore.
