How have the Chemcon IPO and the CAMS IPO fared at the end of day 2 of the issue?

The response to Chemcon IPO had been robust from day 1 itself. At the end of Day 2, the Chemcon IPO had received oversubscription to the tune of 12.65 times. While the institutional portion was subscribed 1.37 times, the HNI portion was subscribed 3.6 times and the retail portion 23 times.

Normally, the HNI and QIP applications only come on the last day so a clearer picture of the IPO response will only be clear by the end of Wednesday. As a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, the company is already eliciting a lot of interest from investors.

Meanwhile the CAMS IPO got oversubscribed by 1.93 times as of the end of second day on Tuesday. CAMS IPO also closes on Wednesday. While the retail portion has been subscribed 2.19 times, the HNI portion is subscribed 1.21 time and the QIP portion 0.83 times.
