At the end of the second day of the IPO, the Zomato IPO was subscribed close to 5-times or 4.79 times to be precise. Against the 71.9 crore shares on offer, Zomato got confirmed bids for 345 crore shares, implying subscription of 4.79 times. However, with HNI bids likely to come predominantly on the last day, we could still see a good performance at the end of Day 3 when the issue closes on Friday.

In terms of specific segments, the QIB portion was subscribed 7.1 times while retail portion got subscribed 4.73 times. However, retail portion is just 10% in this particular IPO. The HNI portion saw just 0.45X subscription, with most applications likely to come on the last day. The company is having an indicative valuation of Rs.60,000 crore.
