How were the NALCO numbers for the Dec-21 quarter?

National Aluminium Company or Nalco reported robust quarterly results for the Dec-21 quarter. Net profits of NALCO surged more than 3-fold to Rs.830.67 crore even as the quarterly total sales for the Dec-21 quarter came in at Rs.3,845 crore. Sales were up 59% yoy on improved volumes and pricing power. NALCO also declared a final dividend of Rs.1 per share taking total dividend to Rs.3.50 per share. Volumes and metal prices were robust.
