I have applied for the IPO of Veranda Learning Solutions? How do I check the allotment status for the same?

The Rs.200 crore IPO of Veranda Learning Solutions had closed for subscription on 31st March 2022 and the basis of allotment will be finalized on 05th April 2022. Nowadays it is possible to check the allotment status of the IPO online either at the website of the registrar or in the broker apps or even on the website of BSE India. The registrar of the issue of Veranda Learning Solutions is KFINTECH Private Limited (formerly Karvy Computershare).

The first way to check the status is by going to the BSE website. Investors can visit the BSE link for the IPO allotment by clicking on the link below

Once you reach the page, here are the steps to follow. First select the type of status check as an equity option. After that, the investor has to select Veranda Learning Solutions as the company to check the status. Formerly, BSE required investors to enter the Application Number and the PAN (10-digit alphanumeric) number. Now BSE is also offering the option to just enter either of them. Once you verify the captcha code and click on the SUBMIT button, the allotment status is displayed prominently on the screen.

Once you select Veranda Learning from the drop down box, there are 3 options. You can Query the allotment status on PAN, Application Number or DPID-Client ID combination. Here is the process flow.

· To query by PAN, Enter the 10-digit PAN number and also enter the 6-digit Captcha Code. Once you Click on Submit button, the allotment status is displayed on screen.

· To query by Application, Enter the IPO Application number and also enter the 6-digit Captcha Code. Once you Click on Submit button, the allotment status is displayed on screen.

· To query by DP-ID, enter the DP-ID and Client ID, after selecting NSDL/CDSL as the correct depository. Once you enter the 6-digit Captcha Code and click on Submit button, the allotment status is displayed on screen.
