Firstly, thanks for going through my answer. I had tried covering most of the financial benefits of the manifesto. If you missed, you can also refer to the separate answer on Congress manifesto 2019.
Yesterday, on 8th April after the launch of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) manifesto 2019 for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections the query among people regarding the financial benefits difference between the BJP and the Congress manifesto tends to come in mind.

Tax benefits-
Congress mentioned a plan to implement the Direct Taxes Code (DTC). There will be an increase in simplicity, transparency, tax equity, easy compliance, and impartial administration.
If elected, BJP manifesto promises to cut Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates and reward honest taxpayers.

Benefits to farmers-The Congress manifesto introduced a new idea of Kisan budget, while the BJP manifesto promises to double farmers' income by 2022. Congress also mentions its plan to waive outstanding farm loans in other states. "Karz mukti" or say freedom from indebtedness is also introduced by the Congress party. This means to solve false criminal proceedings against all the farmers for making default repayment.

Congress covers the scheme to redesign ''Fasal Bima Yojana or Crop Insurance Scheme'', it was earlier introduced by BJP government.

Along with the provision of doubling of income, pensions for small and marginal farmers will be provided. Through the launch of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the BJP party claims to ensure financial support to marginal or poor farmers. Farmers who own land up to 2 hectares will be financially supported. Along with these, it also holds the promise to launch a full-fledged pension scheme. The BJP manifesto continues to take care of the agricultural sector too. It will provide short-term new agriculture loans up to Rs 1 lakh. This will be at 0% interest rate for 1-5 years, but on the conditions of prompt repayment of the principal amount.

Business and economy- Congress plans to launch an idea of a new "Entrepreneurial Northeast" scheme to provide financial support the micro, small and medium scale industries. This is concentrated to develop Northern east part of India. Leaving to stone unturned, Congress shows its plan to abolish any kind of Angel Tax imposed on start-ups.

The BJP's manifesto promises to get a new scheme to provide collateral-free credit up to Rs 50 lakh for entrepreneurs. This idea will give 50% of the loan amount for female entrepreneurs and 25% of the day loan amount for male entrepreneurs.

Basic income guarantee- Rahul Gandhi, the Congress president included the aim of eliminating poverty by 2030. The Congress manifesto mentioned about the new scheme ''NYAY''.

The BJP manifesto guarantees to bring down the number of BPL families to a single digit.

Employment guarantee- The manifesto of Congress party has guaranteed to create 22 lakh jobs till the year 2020.

While another party, the BJP’s manifesto has vowed to reach India's employment at a greater level. This will happen by providing more support to the 22 major 'Champion Sectors'.

Here, if we focus over the highlights these two political parties have adopted different ideologies to aim the similar goals.

Just to update the Lok Sabha elections 2019 will be held in seven phases from April 11 to May 19 while the results will be announced on May 23 2019.
