Is Future Enterprises selling off its insurance stake JV?

Future Enterprises looks to raise Rs.3,000 crore by selling its stake in its insurance ventures. This could possibly save them from insolvency process. Future Enterprises has sold 25% stake in Future Generali to joint venture partner, Generali SPA, for Rs.1,266 crore, but still holds another 25% in the venture. If the stake in the life insurance business is added, it can just about raise Rs.3,000 crore. But could be too little and too late.
