Is LIC offering a discount on the IPO price to its employees?

This IPO is getting too much hype. I don't think the base price will be cheaper to apply for the IPO. Imagine the valuation of the company and think about it. I am thinking the stock price will ve in the range of 1500 to 2000 per share. Kaun apply karegaa?
Where there is no official word, it has been reported that LIC will offer discount of around 5% to its policyholders. LIC is expected to file its DRHP on 10-February. In addition, the retail bidders and employees of LIC could also get a concessional price in the IPO. Embedded value of LIC is estimated to be well above Rs.5 trillion and will be made public with DRHP filing. LIC IPO will entail government selling 5-7% to raise Rs.65,000 to Rs.75,000 crore.
