Is the government planning any package to boost exports from India?

Engineering Exports Promotion Council (EEPC) asked the government to come out with a special package for exporters as the strain is evident in the trade numbers for April which is nearly 60% down on a YOY basis. Engineering exports declined 65%. The FM packages are yet to touch upon the all important exports topic. EEPC also pointed out that China's industrial production had revived and there was the danger of China flooding world markets. EEPC has been demanding easy working capital and packing credit, enhanced insurance cover, lower premiums for small exporters, interest subvention etc.
