b) Open access to transmission within 15 days from date of application.

c) Unconsumed power can be banked with DISCOMS for up to 30 days.

d) DISCOMS can buy and sell concessional renewable power to Green Hydrogen producers.

e) Waiver of interstate transmission charges for 25 years from date of application.

f) Connectivity to power grid on a priority basis as well as favourable terms.

g) One-point portal for all clearances and connectivity on priority.

h) Allowed to set up bunkers just next to the port for the purpose of storage.
