Course5 Intelligence uses AI based data insights to drive digital transformation and is a pure analytics company; something like Latent Analytics. It has filed DRHP for Rs.600 crore IPO comprising of fresh issue of Rs.300 crore and OFS of Rs.300 crore. The fresh issue will fund the inorganic growth initiatives of the company and will help support its IP initiatives.
