What are the details of the Stimulus 2.0 announced by PM worth Rs.20 trillion?

There were lot of hopes from the PM’s speech. While the hopes were surely kept alive, one will have to wait for the next few days for the details to emerge. The Prime Minister addressed the nation at 8 PM on 12 May but gave no hint about the lockdown extension. However, the PM used the opportunity to announce a massive Rs.20 trillion reforms package for agriculture and industry with a large focus on domestic self-reliance and boost to the MSME sector. While details of the package were not divulged, the PM emphasised that the implementation of the reforms package will be spread out. Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, is expected to provide a daily briefing on the specifics of the economic reforms package from 13 May onwards. That could be something worth waiting for.
