Ashok Soota’s Happiest Minds Technologies will launch its IPO on Sep 07. There will be a Rs.110 crore fresh issue and an OFS of 3.566 crore shares at a price of Rs.165-166 range. Issue will close on 09 Sep. The total issue size will be around Rs.702 crore. Bids can be made in multiples of 90 shares.
