What is National Recruit Agency proposed by the Finance Minister In the Budget 2020 & how it will create jobs?

In the budget 2020 announcement, the government has announced to set up a National Recruitment Agency that would regulate the entire computer-based examination for recruitment in government and public sector banks.

The current system for recruitment is very complicated and young people have to go through many hardships such as appearing for multiple examinations conducted by multiple agencies at different points of time for similar posts. This places an enormous burden on time, effort and cost for young people.

Considering these difficulties faced by the people, it has been proposed to set up an independent recruitment agency to conduct online eligibility test for recruitment on all non gazetted posts.
