Nobroker.com is one of India’s leading zero-commission real estate platform. The start-up has just raised $210 million from General Atlantic and Tiger Global. This deal pegs the valuation of NoBroker.com at above $1 billion, this making it the first PropTech Unicorn in India. NoBroker.com was launched in 2013. Typically, Unicorn is used for a start-up that achieves a valuation of $1 billion.
