What is the dividend that PFC has paid to the government this year?

Power Finance Corp (PFC) paid interim dividend of Rs.887 crore to the government of India for fiscal year 2021-22. This is the third interim dividend that PFC has paid to the government. It has already paid two tranches of dividends to the government of Rs.333 crore and Rs.370 crore respectively for the current fiscal.

The third interim dividend worked out to Rs.6 per equity share of face value Rs.10 each. In the current year, PFC has so far paid out Rs.2,838 crore as dividends to shareholders, which is a record figure for PFC.
