What is the road ahead for the dispute between Yes Bank and Dish TV?

Finally, there is a statement from Subhash Chandra on this dispute. He has exhorted Yes Bank to behave like a shareholder rather than a creditor of Dish TV. He said that Dish TV was willing to hand over management control to Yes Bank if they approached like shareholders. However, as a lender, Dish TV could at best negotiate to settle the account. Yes Bank owns 25.63% stake in Dish TV but the stock value is about one-sixth of the amount that Dish TV owes to them.
