SRF reported 36.12% higher sales revenues for Q4FY22 quarter at Rs3,549.42 crore. FY22 revenues were up 48% at Rs12,434 crore. SRF witnessed sharp sales growth across key verticals viz. technical textiles, chemicals and packaging films. There was a fall in inventory turnover ratio and the debtors turnover ratio on a yoy basis, showing working capital strain, as was common across most companies. Long term debt to working capital has spiked.

For Q4FY22, the net profits were 59% higher at Rs605.65 crore. The boost came in the form of sharply higher operating profits for the chemicals business even as profits for technical textiles and packaging films business were better on yoy basis. Operating profits of the chemicals business was 83% higher at Rs504 crore. Net margins were 17.06% in Q4FY22 quarter compared to 14.61% in Q4FY21. NPM was higher sequentially against 15.11% in Q3.
