When is Navi Technologies planning to launch its IPO and what will be the size?

Navi Technologies is planning its massive Rs.4,000 crore IPO shortly, Navi will file its DRHP with SEBI this week and the issue is expected to hit the market in the first quarter of FY23. Incidentally, Navi Technologies was founded by former Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal, after selling his stake in Flipkart to Wal-Mart.

The IPO of Navi will be lead managed by ICICI Securities, BOFA Securities and Axis Capital. Navi Technologies will use the IPO proceeds for financing growth plans. Navi, a technology driven financial services provider, intends to create an advisory based one-stop shop offering personal loans, home loans, insurance and mutual funds.
