These are early days still but SBI Mutual Fund is expected to be the next MF to list on the bourses and it will done through an IPO. A total of 6% stake in the AMC business will be sold of which Amundi will sell 4% and SBI will sell 2%. The IPO will comprise of a fresh issue and an OFS. The IPO size is pegged at around Rs.7,000 crore and the indicative valuation of the AMC would be around Rs.70,000 crore, which is conservative with its fund franchise.
