When is the IPO of Nykaa expected and what is targeted valuation?

Nykaa is preparing to file the DRHP for its proposed IPO in the next few days and the issue would typically be about a couple of months away at the bare minimum. While the last round of fund raising was done at $1.2 billion, it is reported that Nykaa may see a valuation of $4 billion and raise $400 million for 10% stake sale. Nykaa was founded in 2012 by former Kotak investment banking honcho Falguni Nayyar.
