The next big mutual fund IPO is likely to be SBI Mutual Fund, with a Rs.7,600 crore IPO or around $1 billion. SBI MF manages AUM of Rs.620,000 crore. It has already picked up 7 investment banks to manage the issue. SBI MF will offer 10% in OFS with 4% offered by Amundi and 6% offered by SBI. Tentative valuation is Rs.76,000 crore.
