When is Zomato planning to launch its 10-minute delivery of food products?

Despite the hue and cry over Zomato’s 10-minute food delivery plans across social media just few days back, Zomato plans to aggressively roll out its proposed 10-minute delivery model. While it will start in Gurugram, it will be rapidly scaled up across most top Indian cities. The focus would be on easy to deliver items like patties, desserts, snacks and tea.

Typically, Zomato will target a radius of 1-2 KM to fulfil orders. That means; the delivery point will never be more than that distance from the preparation point. That is the only way 10 minute delivery can be respected. Zomato will use predictive algorithms and robotics to handle logistics but assures that this wont endanger lives in any way, whatsoever.
