Who will be presenting the Union Budget this year?

Every year the Finance Minister of India presents the Union Budget and the same can be expected this year. So, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will be presenting the Union Budget 2019-20.

This question gains a lot of significance this year, because the Finance Minister (FM) has been in the US for medical check-ups. However, finance ministry officials have said that the FM will return well in time for the Budget and will present the same himself on February 1, 2019.
