Whom has CRISIL sold its Mumbai office property to?

CRISIL closed a deal to sell its office property in Chakala in Andheri East for Rs.49 crore to Amoreux Enterprises. Amoreux is owned by Rajesh Khandwala and Vimal Khandwala. The CRISIL Towers property comprises of 22,500 SFT and includes 7 floors and 26 car parks. The promoters are also owners of KIFS Financial in Ahmedabad and have also recently made a big residential deal in Mumbai. CRISIL was not using this office as it had shifted to Hiranandani Business Park.
