Blackrock, the world leader with $10 trillion AUM, flagged Accounting irregularities at SpiceJet. Blackrock also voted against reappointment of Shivani Singh as director. It objected to adoption of financial statements after serious qualifications by the auditor. Auditor Walker Chandiok had objected to treating Boeing compensation as other income.
