AGS Transact is planning a Rs.800 crore IPO, which will entirely be an offer for sale or OFS, wherein the promoter Ravi Goyal will be selling his shares in the company. AGS Transact is an omni-channel payment solutions provider. AG provides very customized service offerings like ATM outsourcing, cash management, digital payment solutions, transaction processing services as well as customized mobile wallets.

AGS is the second largest company in India in terms of revenue from ATM managed services under the outsourcing model after CMS, which is also incidentally filing for an IPO in the current market situation. For the fiscal year ended 2021, the company had reported revenues of Rs.1,759 crore, which has been flat for the last two years. Currently, the company is being advised by ICICI Securities, HDFC Bank and JM Financial.
