Why is the start-Bijnis raising funding of $30 million at this juncture?

Bijnis, which started-up in 2015, is a B2B platform for manufacturers. It has just raised $30 million in Series-B funding from Westbridge Capital. Bijnis will use these funds to broaden the customer registrations and also enhance its offerings for manufacturers. Bijnis helps manufacturers to connect with sources of raw materials and with front end retailers via an agnostic platform. The Bijnis platform also manages logistics and the payments ecosystem.
